Welcome to the YourClassroom.ai Affiliate Program! By participating in our program, you agree to the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please review them carefully.
1. Program Overview
Affiliates may participate in one, two, or all three available roles:
- Promoter: Promote our website and products.
- Script Writer: Write scripts for courses.
- Webinar Instructor: Conduct live webinars.
Promoter Responsibilities
Promoters create affiliate links and share them on social media or other marketing channels. They earn commissions when users who register through their link purchase products on the YourClassroom.ai platform.
Script Writer Responsibilities
Script Writers suggest course topics, write course scripts, and promote their published courses. A multi-step approval process applies before a course becomes available for sale. Affiliates must use only the Company’s platform links for promotion and are not allowed to download or re-upload course content elsewhere without written permission.
Webinar Instructor Responsibilities
Webinar Instructors propose webinar topics, submit outlines, and conduct live webinars upon approval. The Company reserves the right to cancel or remove webinars at its discretion. Promotion must use Company-provided links.
2. Ownership of Content
All materials (scripts, courses, webinars) created under the Affiliate Program (“Work Product”) are the exclusive property of YourClassroom.ai LLC.
Affiliates assign all intellectual property rights (including copyrights and trademarks) to the Company.
Affiliates may not post, publish, or sell any Company-produced courses or webinars elsewhere without explicit written consent.
3. Compensation
Affiliates are compensated as follows:
- Promoter Commission
Earn a certain commission on purchases made by users who registered through your unique affiliate link.
- Script Writer Commission
Earn a certain commission on purchases of courses you authored.
If the purchaser was also referred by you, you earn both the Promoter Commission and the Creator Commission.
- Webinar Instructor Commission
Earn a certain commission on users who purchase tickets to your live webinars.
If the purchaser was also referred by you, you earn both the Promoter Commission and the Webinar Instructor Commission.
Membership Revenue Sharing
For memberships, Script Writers receive proportional revenue based on the number of their courses included in the membership.
Commission Formula:
Membership Price ÷ Total Number of Courses × Number of Your Courses × Creator Commission
If you also referred the purchaser, you earn both commissions.
The Company reserves the right to remove any content from the platform at any time.
4. Confidentiality
Affiliates must maintain the confidentiality of all non-public Company information, during and after their participation. Unauthorized disclosure may result in immediate termination and legal action.
5. Termination
Either the Affiliate or the Company may terminate participation at any time, for any reason, with written notice.
Upon termination:
- Affiliates must return all Company materials.
- Affiliates must not attempt to sell or solicit users outside of the Company platform.
- Violations may lead to immediate termination and legal action.
- Affiliate-created content will be removed from the website.
6. Independent Contractor Status
Affiliates are independent contractors, not employees, partners, or representatives of YourClassroom.ai. Nothing in these Terms creates any employment or partnership relationship.
7. Rules of Conduct
Affiliates must:
- Communicate respectfully with clients, users, and Company personnel.
- Protect confidential information.
- Uphold the Company's brand reputation online and offline.
- Avoid disparaging the Company or its personnel during or after participation.
- Follow all applicable Company policies.
Violations may result in immediate removal from the program, loss of commissions, and possible legal action.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, USA. Any disputes will be resolved under Pennsylvania law.
9. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the Affiliate and YourClassroom.ai LLC regarding participation in the Affiliate Program. They supersede any prior written or verbal agreements on the subject.
By participating in the YourClassroom.ai Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
